It has become a tradition that at least once a year we have a European weekend break with our very good friends Sue and Jim.This picture is of our view from the hotel we stayed in Sorrento.

Our trip was in March 2006. This early morning snap shows Jim on his balcony with a mist over Naples in the distance. Back in Britian the weather was cold and dark, here we are in shirt sleeves in the warmth of the spring sun.
We went to Pompeii, where Sue literally bumped into her brother. Neither of them knew they were even in Italy, let alone in this historic city.Spooky or what? (Sue and Jim are on the left)
Most of time with Sue and Jim seems to be a little sight seeing, then to a bar where, once we start to drink, our glasses (even bottles) seem to develop leaks. It is a wonderful way to relax.
This shot shows the view over Sorrento from the hotel. We are so lucky to have many fanastic friends to share time with. Long may it continue.
